📋 Description

• Lead and scale engineering teams across multiple domains (20+ engineers) • Build world-class engineering culture focused on excellence, innovation, and customer impact • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent at all levels • Establish clear career progression paths and mentorship programs • Drive organizational effectiveness through strong team structures and processes • Define and execute long-term technical strategy aligned with business goals • Ensure that system reliability, performance, and security meet company and healthcare industry standards • Champion adoption of modern technologies and engineering best practices • Oversee technical debt management and platform modernization initiatives • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and GTM teams to deliver customer value • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Drive engineering input into product roadmap and strategic planning • Ensure engineering capacity planning aligns with business priorities • Establish engineering metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems • Oversee engineering budgets and resource allocation • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles • Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations (20+ person teams) • Experience building and operating SaaS platforms at significant scale • Background in healthcare technology, regulated industries, or security-critical systems preferred • Deep understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Experience with web applications, APIs, databases, and distributed systems • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks • Hands on experience and enthusiasm with AI development tools and feature development • Exceptional leadership and communication skills • Experience building high-performing, diverse engineering teams • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical decisions with business outcomes • Track record of driving organizational change and process improvements
