• oversee day-to-day corporate operations across multiple operational support functions • manage the HR Manager and Contracts Manager functions • partner closely with executive leadership to improve operational scalability, compliance maturity, and organizational efficiency • solve technical operational challenges, implement scalable systems, improve workflows, and support growth within a fast-paced federal contracting environment
🎯 Requirements
• US Citizenship is required • Bachelor's Degree is required • minimum of 10 years' position related experience is required • 10 years of related experience with a minimum of 5+ years of Government Contracting (GovCon) experience within a technology-focused federal contractor • Demonstrated leadership experience in at least four operational areas
