📋 Description

• The Pricing and Promotions Manager will be a key leader responsible for driving the company's profitability and growth. • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a holistic pricing strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances profitability across all channels (DTC and B2B). • Collaborate with business leaders to define pricing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics. • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and challenges. • Lead and manage a highly analytical team focused on driving sustainable growth across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including experience in pricing, analytics, statistical, or related fields. • 6+ years of dedicated experience with SQL. • Degree in finance, analytics, computer science, or other tech/analytical field highly preferred, advanced degree a plus, or relevant equivalent experience. • Strong command of relational databases, Sigma, Matillion, and other analytical tools.
