âą 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting (Porsche Consulting, Siemens Management Consulting, Alten, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or similar) âą Demonstrated industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy) âą Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders âą Strong executive presence; consultative selling instincts (not a pure quota-carrying enterprise seller) âą Mission-motivated, founding-member energy: you build the playbook, you do not wait for it âą English required, German strong plus; willing to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts
