📋 Description

‱ Be the founding member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function ‱ Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises ‱ Partner directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on the shift from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design ‱ Build the C-level engagement playbook - and the team underneath it as the function scales ‱ Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes, with full visibility to founders and CRO

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting (Porsche Consulting, Siemens Management Consulting, Alten, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or similar) ‱ Demonstrated industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy) ‱ Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders ‱ Strong executive presence; consultative selling instincts (not a pure quota-carrying enterprise seller) ‱ Mission-motivated, founding-member energy: you build the playbook, you do not wait for it ‱ English required, German strong plus; willing to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts
