• support the enablement of AI-powered platform capabilities • assist with AI capability implementations • contribute to documentation efforts • provide first-line support to internal teams adopting AI capabilities • help operate the observability tooling • document edge cases and failure modes observed during testing • contribute to documentation projects
🎯 Requirements
• 0-2 years of professional related experience • Basic understanding of software applications and how they are built • Strong learning aptitude • Working proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript a plus • Basic understanding of containers (Docker or similar) • Curiosity about LLM-based systems and AI agents • Strong written communication • Detail-oriented, evidence-first approach • Time management skills
