📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings • Lead and mentor Tile and Grout Restoration Technicians, Administrative Assistants, and support staff • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty • Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
