• Build and manage trusted relationships across all levels of the customer organization—from executives to end users • Oversee operational planning and successful AI/ML solution implementation for assigned accounts • Lead or co-lead cross-functional project teams to deliver against customer AI/ML objectives • Manage account health proactively, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies • Develop repeatable playbooks and delivery frameworks to scale success across customers • Partner with clients to understand operational challenges and advocate for fixes or enhancements with internal engineering teams • Engage directly with customer IT and engineering teams, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring effective product adoption
