📋 Description

• Build and deliver SitusAMC’s enterprise reporting strategy • Build reporting processes and technology to distribute critical information and insights to the organization and clients • Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform • Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform • Capture business requirements with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers • Create and administer reports • Create complex T-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries to extract data • Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations • Mentor, review, improve, and ensure the quality of junior staff’s work • Partner with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and relevant information presentation • Perform other activities assigned by the manager • Maintain prompt and regular attendance

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • Typically 1+ years in an Associate-level role or external equivalent • 5+ years of reporting experience preferred, including 1+ years in a mentorship role • Expertise building T-SQL statements required • Expertise in SSRS required • 2+ years of commercial real estate experience required • Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC • Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise! (PNC/Midland CRE Servicing) • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and strategic, multidimensional thinking • Detail-oriented and organized • Continuous learner with commitment to personal growth and development • Strong commitment, dedication, and teamwork • Prompt and regular attendance required
