📋 Description
• act as the primary communication interface between Car Control (Company Cars) and employees across Germany • manage SIXT+ benefit contracts, including renewals and resolving partner or employee issues • oversee DKV fuel card invoice handling, including data checks and accuracy controls • ensure all relevant mobility data transfers accurately and on time to Payroll while maintaining audit-ready documentation • support the Travel Management team where mobility processes intersect with travel policies and employee communication • collaborate with teams in Germany and Lisbon to identify optimization opportunities and standardize workflows
🎯 Requirements
• background in mobility/fleet management, travel management, HR operations, or payroll-related interfaces • strong communication skills and service orientation with confidence in stakeholder management • structured work style with high accuracy and expertise in handling sensitive data • excel at working across departments and managing different stakeholders effectively • professional fluency in German (Mandatory) • strong English communication skills • identify optimization opportunities and maintain high-quality data flows across departments
