📋 Description

• You support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with main focus on Spanish Payroll • You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes • You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve payroll issues • You prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations • You identify process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in Spanish payroll processes and legislation • You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field • You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday) • You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
