📋 Description

• You ensure bookings are placed on appropriate systems accurately and send out and retrieve paperwork where necessary • You establish new and develop existing business through relationships with customers via professional email and telephone correspondence • You answer calls from customers to assist with queries, offering advice, support, and information, and recommending company products • You complete all associated paperwork relating to vehicle transfers and yard checks • You maintain appropriate face-to-face interaction, hospitality, and professionalism towards clients on site • You accurately calculate rental estimates, chase quotes, and follow up

🎯 Requirements

• You bring significant experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced Agent role, preferably within the Hire industry • You excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team • You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections • You have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in busy settings • You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service • You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
