📋 Description

• We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Agent Digital Sales (m/f/d) to play a key role in driving our digital sales performance at SIXT. • You will take ownership of digital sales activities across multiple channels, • actively manage online leads, • and support our customers throughout their digital journey. • You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities, • optimize the digital customer experience, • and ensure a seamless sales process from first click to final booking.

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in digital sales or customer support • Strong understanding of digital sales processes and customer-centric thinking • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive actionable insights from data • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or other BI/reporting tools • You have Fluent English skills
