🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in management consulting or in the customer experience domain • Strong methodological expertise • Ability to solve complex challenges in a structured way • Analytical skills • Proven implementation competence • Strong communication skills in fluent German and English • Digital affinity and quick onboarding to IT systems, BI tools and processes • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
