📋 Description

• Drive commercial expansion of SKF Insight bearing solutions with end-user and OEM customers across heavy industries • Develop a sales plan in collaboration with industry leaders and local SKF sales teams • Identify high-value applications where condition-monitoring gaps exist and build a strong pipeline • Engage maintenance, reliability, and engineering stakeholders to define technical solutions • Sell complete condition-monitoring packages including engineered hardware, installation, commissioning, data services, and reliability insights • Prepare proposals and lead technical-commercial discussions • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Track key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders • Help customers understand how fiber-optic sensing data translates into uptime, throughput, and quality improvements • Work primarily across North America, with additional opportunities in South America

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability technologies • Knowledge of vibration analysis, acoustic sensing, fiber-optic sensing, load measurement, or similar technologies • Experience selling customized sensor-based solutions; force measurement solutions preferred • Proven track record in consultative selling of complex, multistakeholder projects • Comfortable working in a start-up-like environment where processes and the product evolve • Frequent domestic travel and some international travel required
