• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field • 5+ years in Senior Management roles within electric or natural gas utilities • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals • Strong financial, strategic, and operational management skills • Master’s degree or advanced qualifications preferred • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred • Experience in public-sector utilities and union environments preferred
