📋 Description

• Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, both new and existing. • Support Relationship Managers in managing meeting schedules with clients and internal team members. • Apply a consultative approach, understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions. • Assist in maintaining communication with clients to address their needs effectively. • Collaborate with team members to cultivate relationships and generate referrals. • Serve as a secondary liaison between clients and internal teams. • Contribute to regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions. • Provide administrative assistance to Relationship Managers and Project Managers. • Assist the Project Managers in organizing and maintaining client files in Google Drive and ensuring proper permissions. • Support in contract negotiations and documentation under guidance. • Assist in preparing and managing documentation, including contract documents, cost estimates, and statements of work. • Support Project Managers in managing teams and resources to meet project deadlines. • Create and maintain comprehensive project briefs for documentation. • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp and Instagantt. • Serve as primary liaison between Finance and client accounting teams, track client payments and create invoices. • Organize and participate in pitches and meetings with clients. • Stay informed about market developments in advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic agency environment. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus. • Questions in application indicate need to be based in Metro Manila and legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
