• Oversee and execute training for new park openings, ensuring all staff are adequately trained in operational standards, guest service, and safety procedures. • Provide comprehensive training and support to new franchisees to ensure a smooth transition and adherence to Sky Zone standards. • Conduct ongoing training programs for managers to ensure consistent leadership and operational excellence across all locations. • Support all Sky Zone launches and activations within the assigned region or DMA, ensuring parks are trained to the highest standards and are fully operational. • Lead a team of new park opening field trainers, ensuring they meet all budget standards, deliver consistent training programs, and maintain quality in line with Sky Zone standards. • Ensure all training programs and field trainers adhere to company standards and operational procedures. • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and field trainers, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes and efficiency. • Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective program delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. • Work cross functionally with various business stakeholders to ensure all new park openings are being completed to current and relevant standards. • Identify opportunities to improve training processes and content, ensuring rapid adaptation to evolving business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Education, or a related field preferred • 3–5 years of experience in a field training role, including at least 3 years in park, retail, fitness, or food operations, ideally in a leadership capacity • Proven track record of delivering training programs in dynamic environments and adapting quickly to evolving needs • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects from planning through execution • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities that foster accountability and growth • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that build trust and engagement • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Skilled at facilitation with a natural ability to captivate attention and inspire participation • Comfortable standing for extended periods and conducting hands-on training activities, with or without reasonable accommodation • Able to lift up to 20 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
