• Own the administrative backbone of the sales cycle: expertly preparing and managing proposals, contracts, and sales reports. • Be the "face" of Slash for new leads; building instant rapport, handling initial qualification, and acting as the primary point of contact. • Partner directly with senior sales leaders on high-value deals, handling discovery call scheduling and meeting preparation. • Drive momentum in the pipeline: proactively following up with prospects, ensuring all questions are answered. • Collaborate closely with the Growth Team and Delivery Team to align client expectations, project capabilities, and timelines.
• Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in sales. • Minimum 1-2+ years of professional experience in a B2B tech role, ideally within a software development or staff augmentation company. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Demonstrable experience supporting an end-to-end sales cycle, especially in managing sales documentation, proposals, and client communication. • Experience with (or a strong understanding of) custom software development and team augmentation services (not SaaS or product-only solutions) is highly preferred. • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Pipedrive, Hubspot, Monday, etc.) and digital prospecting tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; confidence in presenting and speaking with clients is essential.
