📋 Description

• Deliver accurate BAS lodgements and maintain clean financial records. • Provide clients with actionable financial insights. • Prepare and lodge accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). • Maintain accurate financial records and full sets of accounts using cloud systems. • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. • Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams for accuracy. • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports. • Provide payroll support and maintain strong communication with clients.

🎯 Requirements

• We are looking for an Accountant that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes. • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant within Australian Accounting. • Able to prepare and lodge accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). • Experience with cloud systems like Xero and Dext. • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships. • Behavioral fit attributes: Ownership, Humility, Structured Thinking, Data driven, Tough conversations, Tech + services savvy, Problem Solving, Attention to detail, Excellent listener and clear communicator, Analytical Mindset, Collaboration-Driven, AI-ready and curious.
