📋 Description

• Review anonymised conversations with Ash • Judge whether Ash handles key mental-health conversation moments appropriately from a clinician’s perspective • Identify what Ash should do, what could go wrong, and why • Work alongside experienced clinicians to shape what excellent Ash conversations look like • Contribute nuanced perspectives where clinicians disagree • Work 5–20 hours per week on an individual schedule • No direct contact with users

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed or registered clinician with 3+ years of client work since qualifying • UK: HCPC-registered practitioner psychologist, or counsellor/psychotherapist on a PSA-accredited register such as BACP, UKCP, or NCPS • US: Independent license such as psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT • Clear clinical judgement and ability to explain reasoning • Experience supervising, training, or mentoring other clinicians • Clear English writing skills • Personal experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude helpful • Must be based in the UK or US with the right to work as a self-employed or independent contractor
