📋 Description

• Develop and execute category strategies for print services and materials (e.g., marketing collateral, packaging, signage, direct mail, publications, etc.) • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the print industry to inform procurement decisions • Source, evaluate, and manage a network of print suppliers to ensure quality, innovation, and value • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews • Foster strategic partnerships to drive innovation and continuous improvement • Identify and implement cost savings opportunities without compromising quality or timelines • Analyze spend data and print demand to uncover inefficiencies and drive value • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to consolidate print volumes and leverage scale • Provide subject matter expertise in print production, materials, and supply chain optimization • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements • Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in print category management, procurement, or production • In-depth knowledge of the print industry, including digital, offset, packaging, and specialty print • Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost savings, and vendor performance management • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms, spend analysis tools) • This position requires proof of US Citizenship to comply with federal contracting regulation.
