📋 Description

• Act as the liaison between customers and their data to engineer better workflows from project inception to delivery • Read external files from clients in various data formats • Help ensure files are converted in the system using multiple data applications to workflow-standard output file formats • Verify converted files for completeness and accuracy • Collaborate with Project Managers, Market Account Specialists, and customer support positions to meet or exceed customer expectations for graphics and designs • Schedule conference calls and regular communication with clients and vendors regarding process status, project strategy, and requirement changes • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and communicate client feedback • Make recommendations for product enhancements • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years experience with business operations or systems development • Knowledge of competition, industry happenings and how the Company is positioning itself is a plus • Open-minded and adaptable to change • Excellent communication skills • Excellent analytical skills • Facilitation and negotiation skills • Teamwork oriented • High School Diploma required • Bachelor's degree preferred
