📋 Description

• Design and produce a wide range of visual materials including presentations, reports, infographics, social media assets, and internal newsletters. • Develop and refine engaging content (text and visuals) for internal and external communications channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, acting as a brand & narrative guardian. • Manage the full lifecycle of content projects, from initial concept and stakeholder consultation through design, review, and final distribution. • Maintain and evolve the team's visual identity standards and templates. • Consult with business partners to understand their communication needs and propose the most effective design and content solutions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality under tight deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and experience across digital and print media. • Expert proficiency with design (e.g., Slides, Dashboard, Microsites and Newsletters). • Proven experience writing and editing professional, concise, and engaging content for various audiences. • Deep understanding of design principles (layout, typography, colour theory). • Experience with editing or motion graphics software (Desirable). • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (Desirable). • Experience managing internal communication platforms or email marketing tools (Desirable).
