📋 Description
• Assist in managing and optimizing SEM and Display campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms • Support the creation of A/B tests for ads, creatives, and landing pages • Help compile reports and performance insights using real campaign data • Coordinate with the content and design team to align visuals and messaging • Research industry trends and ad platform updates • Take part in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions • Participate in training on performance marketing tools and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• A keen interest in digital marketing and eCommerce • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for data • Basic understanding of SEM/Display ads is a plus (but not required) • Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills • Proficient in written and spoken English • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
