📋 Description

• Provide dedicated legal support to our Sales & Commercial teams. • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including power purchase agreements and electricity supply agreements. • Work collaboratively with the Sales & Commercial teams to deliver pragmatic legal advice. • Develop and maintain standard contract templates. • Manage relationships with external legal advisers. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and governance frameworks. • Support cross-functional projects and help drive legal best practice across the business. • Contribute to the development and training of colleagues on key contractual and legal risk matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor NQ or PQE • Ability to identify critical business issues, to negotiate major contracts, to structure collaborative business enterprises, and to lead teams of internal executives and external professionals. • Excellent writing and communications skills, the ability to negotiate and persuade, and a sound understanding of corporate and commercial law. • Broad knowledge of contracting structures.
