📋 Description

• Participate in the UX/UI lifecycle: conduct research, translate research insights into concepts, and design workflows and detailed interactions to bring products to life. • Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly validate viability and to develop detailed interaction behavior. • Deliver designs for each release by collaborating with engineering to ensure fit-and-finish and implementation quality. • Ensure design consistency across the product suite and between different product areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX or UI design for digital products. • Experience with both B2B and B2C products. • A solid understanding of the entire product development process, from problem-solving through detailed UI and visual design. • Proficiency with visual and interaction design tools such as Sketch and InVision. • Strong ability to communicate design work, rationale, and the business case for proposals. • Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams. • Fluent in English.
