📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and communications at smartments properties • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a five-person team • Support the design and implementation of brand concepts • Oversee property openings and staff recruitment • Develop and implement the systems landscape in collaboration with the Commercial team • Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor reviews • Work closely with external partners and company management • Prepare SOPs, reports, forecasts, and budgets • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in hospitality, student housing, or property management • Positive demeanor and strong enthusiasm • Sense of responsibility and an independent working style • Team player with an awareness of the needs of the entire operation • Genuine guest- and service-orientation • Residence close to properties in Nuremberg, Graz, Vienna, Hamburg, or Berlin • Willingness to travel up to 85%
