📋 Description

• System Administration – Administer and support internal IT infrastructure and cloud environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD. • User Management – Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across on-prem and SaaS systems. • Technical Support – Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. • Security & Compliance – Maintain alignment with ISO 27001 and internal security policies, including regular access reviews, backup checks, and endpoint protection. • Networking – Configure and maintain VPNs, firewalls, and network security tools to ensure connectivity and data protection. • Documentation – Create and maintain internal IT documentation, process guidelines, and asset inventories. • Collaboration – Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot internal system issues (e.g., AWS or build pipeline connectivity). • Device & Onboarding Management – Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including new device setup, configuration, and lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting and administering Windows Server environments. • 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. • 3+ years of experience with networking and security, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection. • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity access management principles. • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across distributed environments. • Strong attention to detail, methodical problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance and IT security best practices. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users and collaborate across teams.
