📋 Description

• Support planning, forecasting, and revenue tracking; prepare key reports and identify improvement levers. • Analyze customer cohorts, identify top performers, and uncover where engagement needs to improve. • Develop ad-hoc analyses and dashboards to drive better decision-making across the commercial team. • Help tailor supply-demand pairings based on customer needs and performance data. • Assist in operational tasks such as managing customer assets (e.g. product imagery) and collaborating closely with high-profile clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or strong academic background in Business, Economics, or a related field. • First experience (internship or working student) in a startup (Seed/Series A), VC, or consulting environment. • Strong analytical and operational mindset - you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with data. • Entrepreneurial drive and hands-on attitude - you don’t wait to be told what to do. • Excellent English skills; German is a nice-to-have. • Nice to have: Experience with CRM or operations tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, or similar. • Exposure to B2B marketplaces, retail, or (e-)commerce environments.
