📋 Description

• Telephone advice and support for customers during the submission process to ensure smooth handling. • Support with identity verification via VideoIdent and PostIdent for an efficient process. • Clear explanation of contract details to help customers make informed decisions. • Transparent status updates to keep customers informed at all times. • Correction of data discrepancies in the CRM system to ensure data quality. • Sending tailored offers upon customer request for individualized support. • Advising on loan comparison options taking personal needs into account. • Forwarding qualified leads to the Sales team for further consultation. • Contributing to process optimization to improve workflows and efficiency. • Acting as an interface between customers, sales advisors, and the banking team to ensure smooth collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training. • You have at least 6 months of experience in telephone customer service or a similar area (e.g., front office, call center). • You provide first-class service to customers with passion and enthusiasm. • Very good PC/application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office). • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact. • Responsible handling of sensitive data is not a problem for you. • Strong service and customer orientation as well as quality awareness. • German at native level, both spoken and written.
