📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of virtual/digital events, product launches, and funnel launches • Coordinate timelines, task ownership, cross-team hand-offs, training, and communications across Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, Contracts, and Operations • Partner on offer strategy and promotion to maintain registration and attendance targets • Ensure landing pages, emails, ads, graphics, and other launch assets are scoped, requested, and delivered on time • Run post-event and post-launch debriefs and convert lessons learned into checklists and process improvements • Manage the lifecycle of Marketing projects and always-on campaigns in Asana • Maintain project-status views, trackers, timelines, owners, dependencies, SLAs, and prioritization processes • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, resourcing conflicts, and risks • Coordinate creative asset production from request through final delivery • Represent Marketing project status and needs in cross-functional and executive settings • Build Asana templates, workflows, and dashboards • Use AI tools to streamline reporting, project setup, meeting notes, and content/asset workflows • Launch new marketing channels and continuously improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Program Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or similar roles • Marketing fluency, including MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, funnel fit, and campaign structures • Experience managing cross-channel projects across organic content, SEO, social, email, paid social, paid search, and advertising • Expertise with Asana projects, portfolios, and workflows • Regular use of AI tools in professional work; AI fluency is required • Proven ownership of events and/or product launches from planning through execution • Experience with high-volume virtual/digital events • Experience working with creative/design teams on asset production workflows • Proven cross-functional coordination, especially between marketing and sales • Experience presenting to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders • Proactive, detail-oriented, well-documented operating style • Strong project management fundamentals, including scoping, timelines, risk management, and KPI tracking • Excellent relationship-building and accountability skills • PMP or similar project management certification is nice to have
