• Lead and coordinate a cross-disciplinary team through all production phases • Serve as a main point of contact for the project team, stakeholders and management • Build and maintain project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules and other key project management artifacts • Identify, escalate and help your team clear potential blockers • Manage change and evaluate risk and assess impact on project delivery • Document outcomes of meetings and allocate actions on the team • Organise and document beta testing rounds both local and remotely • Liaise with our 3rd-party production partners • Monitor analytics and escalate issues and insights as needed • Help coach, train and support less experienced members of the project management team

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organised • Work well as a team • Have an eye for quality • A good listener and can communicate ideas clearly • A problem solver and strategic thinker • Someone who gets stuff done with limited oversight • Have an in-depth knowledge and passion for games • Someone who can manage multiple tasks with ease • Humble and level headed with a sense of humour • Experience managing, reviewing, and analysing budgets and resources • Fluency across production tools (Atlassian, Google Suite, Slack etc) • Bonus points for experience in digital agency, ecommerce • Prior employment at a large or small game developer
