📋 Description

• Build and own the company’s strategic financial model • Serve as a key support lead for future fundraising efforts and potential M&A including modeling, valuation, and diligence. • Benchmark peers and build competitor profiles, KPI benchmarks, and market analyses. • Work directly with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on forward-looking financial questions. • Build rolling cash forecasts, modeling drug-related payment timing. • Identify liquidity risks and opportunities, and shape capital allocation decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or similar environments. • Experience analyzing healthcare or health tech companies. • Best-in-class Excel modeler including integrated 3-statement models, valuations, sensitivities, scenario analyses, and unit economics. • Exceptionally strong analytical skills and capable of tackling diverse, unstructured business problems. • Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives for executives, and comfort presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. • High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity. • Bachelor’s degree required
