📋 Description
• Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction • Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field, providing customer training as required. • Documents all work, submits paperwork timely • Reviews logs for open issues and prepares formal reports • Provides technical support to customers and maintains business communication
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification or Military Training in electrical, mechanical, electronics • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
