📋 Description
• Install, repair, and maintain equipment in the field • Meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction • Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work • Participate in service sales opportunities and revenue programs • Assess product/equipment performance and recommend modifications
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical) • 1-3 years of troubleshooting and field repair experience • Competency in MS Office Suite • Must be willing & able to travel at short notice • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
