📋 Description

• Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across a wide range of client sites • Assess hot and cold water systems and associated infrastructure • Identify and evaluate Legionella risks • Produce professional technical reports • Recommend remedial actions and control measures • Communicate findings with clients and stakeholders • Work in line with ACoP L8, HSG274 Part 2 and BS 8580-1 • Maintain high standards within the UKAS-accredited quality framework • Work independently in the field across commercial, healthcare, residential and public-sector sites • Travel occasionally elsewhere in the UK

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor • Strong knowledge of water systems and Legionella control • Experience working to ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580-1 • Ability to produce clear, accurate technical reports • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Experience using digital reporting systems • Full UK driving licence • BOHS, City & Guilds, WMSoc or equivalent Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (desirable) • Background in water hygiene, water treatment, engineering or building services (desirable) • Experience working within a UKAS-accredited environment (desirable) • All offers of employment are subject to a DBS check
