📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand business and technical needs. • Analyze client requirements and propose feasible technical solutions. • Identify client challenges and goals, recommend effective solutions, and build client trust. • Work with the sales team to develop competitive sales strategies. • Support the sales process as a technical expert, answer questions, and facilitate client communication. • Manage the scope of client requirements and draft contractual proposals. • Participate in RFI/RFP responses. • Understand and apply AWS enablement/support programs based on client needs. • Contribute to accurate cost estimates for recommended solutions. • Prepare proposals highlighting solution value and benefits. • Design complex AWS-based solutions tailored to client needs and delivery capabilities. • Prepare detailed architectures, documentation, and proposals. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with AWS best practices. • Conduct technical alignment of proposed solutions with internal teams. • Track the latest AWS services, AI developments, and cloud technologies. • Maintain deep knowledge of SnapSoft's service offerings. • Obtain and maintain relevant AWS certifications. • Meet and maintain contact mainly with clients from the EU region. • Devise custom solutions or optimize existing solutions according to client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Presales Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. • Strong technical background in GenAI. • Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture principles. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work independently. • Customer-focused mindset. • Business fluent English proficiency. • Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt is nice to have. • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) is nice to have. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is nice to have. • Application development experience is nice to have. • Experience with cloud migrations is nice to have. • AWS Professional or Specialty certifications are nice to have. • Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is nice to have.
