📋 Description

• Take overall strategic and hands-on responsibility for snipKI’s content • Decide which channels to build and which to discontinue • Translate topics into a cross-channel plan and define a distinct role for each channel • Write content, create visuals, and edit videos yourself • Create AI-assisted content and ensure quality as the human in the loop • Publish and manage the editorial calendar • Build a production workflow using agents, skills, and automations • Automate research, rough drafts, channel-specific variations, and content repurposing • Grow the LinkedIn company account and develop the personal profiles of the founders and team • Continue developing your own LinkedIn profile • Ensure brand consistency and premium quality across all channels • Repurpose and further develop content • Obtain customer testimonials and case studies for the website and social media • Build out a podcast, YouTube channel, and other formats • Experimentally develop new channels and formats • Keep the content stack up to date, test new models and systems, and remove unsuitable solutions • Share knowledge of content systems and workflows with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent instinct for language and communication • Excellent written and spoken German • Independent, fast, and pragmatic working style • Willingness to independently develop ideas further • Have built at least one channel from scratch, such as a LinkedIn profile, newsletter, podcast, or YouTube channel • Ability to understand channel-specific dynamics and tailor content accordingly • Ability to select topics based on relevance and positioning • Experience using AI systems as your primary mode of work • Have connected your own work environment to AI systems via connectors • Have created your own projects and skills in AI systems • Have automated recurring tasks • Some experience with vibe coding, such as building a small tool or website • Willingness to build automations independently • Knowledge of n8n, Make, Zapier, or programming is a plus, but not required • Experience with visual and editorial storytelling, photography, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
