📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Service Delivery Managers and Innovation Advisors. • Manage, hire, and develop a world-class team, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Provide active coaching, mentorship, and career development guidance to team members. • Be accountable for your team's performance against key delivery and commercial metrics. • Oversee portfolio assignments, team utilization, and resource planning. • Act as the first point of internal and external escalation for your team. • Spearhead the "Innovation Advisory" motion, guiding your team to engage with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. • Coach your team to identify and qualify high-impact use cases for the Data Cloud, particularly in Generative AI, Snowpark, and ML. • Be accountable for successful and predictable delivery of Professional Services engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing Professional Services, technical consulting, or enterprise technology role. • 5+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing technical and/or delivery teams. • Demonstrable experience in a strategic advisory or management consulting capacity, with a comfort engaging C-level executives. • A strong passion for innovation and a solid understanding of the modern data stack, including Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, AI/ML, and Generative AI concepts. • Proven ability to lead "hands-on," actively participating in customer meetings, guiding strategy, and resolving escalations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. • Strong commercial acumen and experience in a role with responsibility for services sales, renewals, or consumption metrics. • Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies. Experience with Snowflake is a massive plus. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
