📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Hematology Franchise • Reporting directly to the National Sales Director Hematology, integral to the strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence within the Sales Division • Ensure all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards • Partner with Sales Director Hematology to regularly deliver training and coaching • Develop and maintain sub-national analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities • Assist in the development and overviews for Franchise Communications to senior leadership • Partner closely with training teams and cross-functional partners to understand and address training gaps • Support national and regional sales meetings and business reviews with data-driven insights and materials • Partner with stakeholders to create effective Quarterly Business Reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; within a life science related discipline preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or consulting role, with at least 3 years of experience in competitive intelligence or market research • Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving • Ability to interact effectively with, and present verbally and in writing to, all levels of the organization • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and standing out as a successful collaborator • Experience influencing cross-functional and leadership teams
