⢠Contribute to Europe Region Medical strategies and tactics ⢠Provide the European Medical team with insights, medical practice understanding, and stakeholder needs ⢠Develop and update KOL engagement plans with high-value scientific programs ⢠Work with country teams to standardize and drive excellence in medical activity planning and execution ⢠Support evidence generation and dissemination, field medical training, launch planning, and scientific activity coordination ⢠Consolidate dashboards and monitor KPIs and metrics ⢠Prepare launch reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to ensure launch readiness ⢠Support Country Medical Directors in identifying improvement and efficiency opportunities ⢠Support people development, skills development, and capability uplift ⢠Support learning and development teams in developing training programs and personal development plans ⢠Support the Region in setting regional tactical medical plans, scientific objectives, and priorities ⢠Participate in cross-functional initiatives with commercial, medical, and PACE teams as the voice of regional stakeholder needs ⢠Support regional due diligence activities and Global B&D programs in collaboration with regional and global teams
⢠Medical Doctor, pharmaceutical or biomedical degree or equivalent by experience ⢠Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharma industry ⢠Minimum 4 years of experience in an area relevant to this function, such as Medical Affairs ⢠Previous experience in rare diseases and nephrology appreciated ⢠Experience in cardiometabolic preferred ⢠Field leadership experience, including people management, training, and coaching ⢠Strong leadership skills; ideally people management experience ⢠Patient- and customer-focused approach ⢠Proven credibility and integrity in a medical environment ⢠Strong business acumen ⢠Track record of strategic and analytical thinking and effective execution ⢠Very strong communication and presentation skills ⢠Relationship-building capacity, with ability to listen and understand ⢠Ability to establish collaborative strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders ⢠Ability to facilitate and moderate open, solution-oriented discussions ⢠Intentional innovation and thought leadership ⢠Able to develop and lead others toward a common vision ⢠Application and resume must be in English ⢠Willingness to travel 30% of working time
