• Managing and developing partners without income • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, including writing instructions • Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback • Managing project news channels • Handling Affiliate Partners' requests and frequent questions • Assisting with onboarding of new partners • Assisting in all CRM chats
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+ • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+ • Excellent communication skills • Experience in negotiating and working with contractors and partners • Experience handling claims • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel) • Advanced user of Google Workspace
