• Network Implementation: Perform greenfield and brownfield network deployments. • Configure and install a variety of network devices and services. • Configure and support network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG). • Network Maintenance: Perform regular network monitoring to ensure optimal performance. • Handle and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. • Open and manage service requests with vendors and service providers. • Maintain up-to-date network inventory. • Automate routine operations to improve efficiency. • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring problems. • Provide on-call support for critical network emergencies. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with system administrators, security teams, and other IT staff to ensure seamless integration of systems and network components. • Engage with vendors to evaluate new products, technologies, and solutions aligned with business needs. • On-call Support: Respond within 15 minutes to on-call alerts, assess the situation, and take necessary steps to minimize business impact.
• Experience : 5+ years as a Network Engineer. • Certifications : CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent level of expertise. • Strong knowledge of routing protocols, data center networking, and network architecture. • Hard Skills: Cisco Equipment : Hands-on experience with Catalyst, Nexus, and Firepower series. • Networking Protocols : VXLAN EVPN, Firepower/ASA, BGP, OSPF, MSTP/RSTP, GRE, L2TP, IPSEC, LACP, vPC. • Operating Systems : Networking in Linux, Hyper-V, VMware environments. • Automation : Python, Ansible (network process automation). • Cloud Networking : AWS, Azure, GCP integration with on-prem networks. • Monitoring : Zabbix (templates, maps, triggers), Grafana, PRTG, NetBox. • Troubleshooting Tools : iPerf, tcpdump, Wireshark, mtr, traceroute, nmap. • Soft Skills English at least B1 level. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • High emotional intelligence, calm under pressure. • Commitment to continuous learning.
