📋 Description

• Own a dedicated portfolio of clients as their primary strategic partner and day-to-day relationship lead • Lead with expertise and confidence regardless of the discipline or channel the work involves • Anticipate client needs before they’re expressed, and proactively bring forward smart recommendations and strategic direction • Maintain strong, long-term relationships that result in high client satisfaction and engagement growth • Step into projects across any discipline and quickly provide strategic direction • Architect projects and programs that lack clear definition • Translate ambiguous client goals into structured, executable strategies

• Agency experience • Broad, deep cross-disciplinary knowledge • Strategic architecture skills • Client relationship instincts • Intellectual range • Strong communication and facilitation skills • 7+ years of relevant experience
