📋 Description

• Carry out testing, inspection, and reporting to the highest standards • Ensure compliance with SOCOTEC quality procedures and Health & Safety guidelines • Conduct asbestos surveys, air sampling, fibre counting, and four-stage clearance tests • Maintain and calibrate equipment • Ensure a clean and safe working environment • Record and issue accurate analytical reports • Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver work to agreed timescales • Identify opportunities to support SOCOTEC’s wider services • Work across diverse sectors including defence, rail, roads, power stations, retail, heritage, and service sectors

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Air Monitoring • Industry experience essential, with a proven track record in a similar role • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to travel • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good client-facing skills • Confidence liaising with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and report writing • Time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
