📋 Description

• Inspect construction sites at various stages • Advise on regulatory requirements • Conduct comprehensive site inspections and regulatory assessments • Perform building inspections at various construction stages to ensure compliance with Building Regulations • Supervise inspection activities and enforce regulatory compliance • Prepare detailed compliance documentation and provide consultancy services

🎯 Requirements

• Hold membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or be qualified by suitable experience) • Ensure CPD requirements are met to broaden and develop skills • Demonstrate compliance through registration as an RBI at an appropriate level (3G/3H) • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Show ability to work independently as well as part of large project teams • Analyse complex issues and develop suitable solutions
