📋 Description

• Conduct CDS inspection surveys in line with client specifications • Complete training before carrying out unsupervised surveys • Apply health and safety measures and adhere to method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments • Collaborate with the management team to understand and meet project deliverables and quality requirements • Participate in pre-project programme reviews to agree workload outputs and quality levels • Deliver CDS surveys according to client deadlines and quality expectations • Participate in regular audits covering 1% of CDS surveys • Maintain open and honest team communication • Engage in structured site interactions and actioned feedback • Support colleagues and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Good level of written and verbal communication skills • Strong map orientation skills • Ability to operate Apple products, particularly iPads • GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C level or above) • Background in a relevant field/industry • Knowledge of the specific sector/regulations • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team • Ability to follow health and safety measures, method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments • Willingness to complete comprehensive training before carrying out unsupervised surveys
