📋 Description

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Socrates' mission and goals. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. • Advocate for the needs and experiences of our diverse user base, ensuring the product meets their needs and drives engagement. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. • Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive user engagement and platform growth. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. • Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product improvements and measure the success of product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant product management experience, with a significant portion at leading companies. Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply. • Proven experience in leading and scaling product teams in a fast-paced environment. • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Solid understanding of AI, Web3, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance social media platforms. • Proficiency in data analysis and using data to inform product decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
