📋 Description

• Define and evolve frontend architecture, frameworks, and design systems for large-scale, mission-critical applications. • Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and driving best practices in testing, CI/CD, performance, and accessibility. • Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to shape long-term technical roadmaps and ensure seamless cross-system integration. • Translate complex product and business requirements into clear, actionable technical plans. • Identify and resolve systemic issues by delivering scalable, reliable solutions. • Represent frontend engineering in cross-team architecture discussions and drive decisions impacting multiple product areas. • Contribute hands-on to key initiatives while empowering teams to execute effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, React, and related workflows (e.g., Redux, Flux, Recoil). • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale frontend systems, focusing on architecture, performance, accessibility, and security. • Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers into technical leaders. • Deep expertise in design systems, reusable component libraries, and cross-application UI frameworks. • Effective collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and executives to set and execute strategic technical direction. • Strong background in testing methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines. • Experience with cloud-native environments (Google Cloud, AWS, or equivalent) and modern deployment practices.
