📋 Description
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and long-term growth. • Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue within existing partnerships by identifying whitespace opportunities in customers and use cases. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners. • Monitor partner performance metrics, resolve issues, and optimize business outcomes. • Support partner-sourced and influenced opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal cycles. • Cultivate strong executive and working-level relationships within partner organizations. • Provide partner feedback to influence product roadmaps, enablement needs, and market positioning.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or identity verification. • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills across executive and operational levels. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success). • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
